Implementation Support

Briefing Staff

As with any new system, staff need to be briefed on what is happening, who has to do what and when, and what outcomes are being sought from the effort.

The quantum of briefing depends on how large the systems implementation is likely to be, how easy the system is to understand and learn, and at each stage in the process, who needs to know.

Management can use CBS in multiple ways. Each management role is provided with a unique method of getting to their data and the processes that they need to use. This not only facilitates their navigation, but enhances their learning and understanding of the system. Our tailoring process can ensure access is refined for the needs of each manager or business function. It is like having a specialized program delivered for each individual.

Our management consultants are highly trained and very experienced in change management and the process of communication, education and training for systems implementation. They are very knowledgeable about CBS and what staff need to know. In fact, we have found that it takes a mere 8 minutes to brief a rosterable staff member on what they have to do to make good use of the SuperMan application on the self-service on-floor touch screen kiosk.

Of course, on-going user support is readily available by phone or on-site as required.

Just talk to one of our account managers to get a demonstration of how easy each function of CBS is to learn and use.
