The Organization Designers Workbench, or OD Workbench for short, is one of the five underlying "built-for-purpose" CBS technologies.

It houses all the tools required to access and record information about the organization (structure, organizational units and positions, and their responsibilities), its people (staff, incumbents and candidates), roles and capabilities, work areas, and even products and brands.
