SuperMan is one of the five underlying "built-for-purpose" CBS technologies.

The name SuperMan is short for "Supervisory Management". It supports the day-to-day supervisory management of operational staff.

We specifically designed it so that supervisors and staff could easily work together in managing the workforce data and staffing issues.

It handles the scheduling and assignment of tasks, time and attendance, leave and staff availability, surplus staff, extra staff, changes in customer demands and timesheets. It even produces your payroll files.

Supervisors and staff can now have immediate, real-time access to information that give them better control over their day-to-day work. The on-line "costing" and "heads & hours" reports are fully tailorable to each manager's needs, right then and there on screen.

SuperMan includes the SUPERSTARS self-service kiosk that staff use while they are working "on-floor" to clock on/off, enter preferences and look at their rostered shifts and other data.
