Supervisor Rostering
Supervisors create a schedule of requirements according to demand and within budgetary guidelines. Staff are then allocated to fill those needs. Assignments can vary in length, role, service point, experience level and required capability.

Staff Notified Unavailability - Staff can also enter their own unavailability. This is taken into account in the rostering process.

Timesheets - Timesheets are recorded using CBS touch screen's electronic clock on/clock off function.

Performance Appraisals - Management can vary the appraisal criteria or have them automatically generated. Staff can see these criteria shift by shift and receive supervisor feedback as it is captured in CBS.

Preferences - Staff can enter preferences for and against the following:
• what role they prefer;
• who they like to work with;
• when it's most convenient to work; and
• what area they want to work in.
