Scheduling Work Just-in-Time

CBS has all the functionality you need to record a full description of each asset and its schedule of inspection and preventative maintenance requirements.

For each asset, you simply select from your store of standard inspection and maintenance procedures and then nominate how often each needs to be done, the lead-time required to schedule and issue the work orders and your preferred assignee or pool.

Using your schedule of inspection and maintenance requirements, CBS figures out what needs to be scheduled right now. You can schedule step-by-step, deciding who to assign and when to issue the Work Order, or for standard requirements, you can run the automated scheduling process end-to-end, letting CBS do all the detailed work for you.

Nothing falls through the cracks. At any time you can pull up a full list of work requirements to be scheduled [including any that may have fallen overdue] showing important details such as when they should be scheduled.

Work orders are issued to staff and supervisors with just the right lead-time so they know what they need to do right now and what's coming up.
