Performance Assessment

After the work is done, supervisors note on the work docket return whether the work was done in reasonable time and to quality and can provide the worker with feedback on how well they did using a score and / or free-text notes.

Workers get a sense of satisfaction that their achievements are recognised. When things go wrong, they get immediate feedback so that performance issues don't fester through neglect.

With a complete history of how each staff member has performed on the job, performance review discussions come alive and training and development plans can target the real needs of staff.
