Training is one of those things that can be as long or as short as a piece of string. What really matters is how quickly and well it can be done and how quickly and well it can be turned into real experience by applying the skill and knowledge gained through practical usage.

As with any software it may be necessary from time to time to provide training to some of the users. The type, degree and timing depends largely on which functions each user needs to access.

Specific in depth training in CBS is often only required for specialized roles such as the Scheduling Officer, Rostering Analyst or Ops Centre Coordinators. You may have only one or two people you really need to train in this way.

Train the trainer courses are available as a good way to get your own people fully involved in the process.
